Playing alone? Arrows or WASD both work, with X/F to shine and Z/Space to jump. Hold down while standing still to lie flat under shots, or duck under water. Shine on flying capsules and open pillboxes for weapons: S spread, M machine light, B barrier. Gold shields are pieces of the Armor of God, and each piece you wear takes one hit for you.
